Rev. Patti J. Moore is an associate pastor of Christian Chapel Temple of Faith CME in Dallas, Texas under the leadership of Dr. Jerome E. McNeil, Jr. She is also the Director of Leadership Development and works with a team to develop ministry for children and youth. She was ordained an elder in the C.M.E. church in 2008.

Rev. Patti Moore is a graduate of Texas A&M University with B.S. in Microbiology. She is also the author of Preacher’s Training Manual and has developed over 50 Training Modules. She is the President and Founder of Leffall Consulting, an organization specializing in management and customer service training. In 2008, Rev. Moore also founded Train Your Future, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides leadership training and customized training curriculum for youth.

Rev. Moore has worked in youth ministry for over 20 years and loves to see the lives of youth changed and committed to God. As the Director of Leadership Development, she trains ministers and leaders at Christian Chapel. She was the Director of Programs for Collin County Black Chamber of Commerce.

Among her significant previous positions, Patti served as Manager of Training and Development of Monitronics International, Inc., Chairman of Madison High School Science Department for Dallas Public Schools, and Research Assistant at Dallas VA Medical Center.

Rev. Moore has been married for 6 years to her best friend Sol Moore and has one son, Courtney Leffall. She attributes her achievements to Jesus Christ and realizes she could do nothing without Him. To Him be all the glory.
